2023 Reflection

  1. Regret - 不要執著於過去,如果回頭看過去太痛苦的話,就不要去想了,因為沒有意義也沒有幫助,更不能改變甚麼,向前看!
  2. Indecisiveness - 不要執著於做出對的第一個選擇,選錯了沒關係,當機立斷的改變方向就好了。(Two way door) 
  3. Uncertainty - 沒有甚麼結果是一定的,那都只是錯覺而已。甚麼都不做也是一種選擇,而且結果不一定好。思考過後,選了再做改變就好。
  4. Anxiety - 看了只會讓我焦慮,對我沒有幫助的,就不要看了。看了是為了能讓自己更進步,但每個人都有自己的路,天生條件跟後天情況不一樣,很多事情是沒辦法抄襲的,也沒有必要比較來比較去。
  5. Stress & growth - 有些事情自己解決不了沒關係,身邊還是有很多人願意幫你的。沒辦法解決是因為程度還沒到,可以盡力嘗試,但也要適當的求救,相信自己會進步,現在沒辦法解決不代表未來的自己沒辦法解決,但如果只倚賴時間而沒有用心的改變自己,那到幾歲都還是一樣。不要甚麼事情都想要自己解決,要願意開口,但也要懂得感謝、回報別人。
  6. Money - 不要省小錢花大錢,為了幾塊錢浪費一堆時間,結果大錢又花掉了,到頭來沒存到錢也沒享受到,忍耐而省下來的錢拿去給別人用最不值得了。
  7. Conflict avoidance - 就算很難開口,有些話有些事還是要說。
  8. Life - 人的一生真的很短暫,要好好把握當下,不要等明天。
  9. Planning & execution - 如果有時間精力,那就去做長遠的規劃,多從別人的身上學習,不要自己猜測幻想。如果很緊急,那就專注在眼前的事情沒關係,但如果長時間這樣,就一定要做出甚麼改變。最壞的是看漫畫電視劇來逃避現實。
  10. Long term - 每天做一點,鐵杵也能磨成繡花針,不要覺得目標搖不可及,也不要只做眼前最容易最輕鬆的事情。把大的事情分成小部分,一點一點做。因為覺得時間不夠而亂掉,那更不可能思考執行了。
  11. Guilt - 不要因為是上班時間就覺得得做甚麼,如果有計畫的話,就照計畫執行,不要讓不重要的事情打斷。
  12. Structure - 不是十全十美也沒關係,重要的是把重點抓出來。第一次不完美沒關係,持續地改善就好了。
  13. Self-esteem - 找到支持自己的人。相信自己,不要倚賴他人來得到自信。
  14. Mental model - 不要被別人牽著鼻子走,想做甚麼就去做,要會溝通,但也要敢提出,堅持己見。
  15. FOMO - 不要想參加所有活動,先決定對自己的目標有沒有幫助,如果還有時間精力,那就去多嘗試,但最好是有計畫地嘗試,而不是抱持著不切實際的幻想。

  1. Regret - Don't dwell on the past. If looking back brings too much pain, don't think about it because it's meaningless and unhelpful. It can't change anything. Look forward!
  2. Indecisiveness - Don't be fixated on making the perfect first choice. It's okay to make mistakes; just decisively change your direction when necessary (like a two-way door).
  3. Uncertainty - Nothing is certain; it's all an illusion. Doing nothing is also a choice, and the outcome may not be good. Think, decide, and make changes if needed.
  4. Anxiety - If something makes you anxious and doesn't help you, don't dwell on it. People have different paths, and not everything can be copied. Avoid unnecessary comparisons.
  5. Stress & Growth - It's okay if you can't solve everything yourself. There are people willing to help. If it's beyond your abilities, try your best but seek help when needed. Believe in your growth. Inability to solve something now doesn't mean you won't in the future. Don't rely solely on time; work on self-improvement.
  6. Money - Don't save small amounts while wasting time and effort. Don't lose sight of the bigger picture for a few dollars. Being frugal with small expenses while squandering larger ones isn't worthwhile.
  7. Conflict Avoidance - Sometimes, even if it's difficult, you need to speak up and address certain issues.
  8. Life - Life is short; seize the moment. Don't wait for tomorrow.
  9. Planning & Execution - If you have time and energy, engage in long-term planning. Learn from others rather than making wild guesses. In emergencies, focus on the immediate tasks, but if this persists, make changes. Avoid escaping reality through excessive TV or entertainment.
  10. Long Term - Make daily progress, even small steps. Divide big tasks into smaller parts and work on them gradually. Don't let time constraints disrupt your thinking and execution.
  11. Guilt - Don't feel obligated to do something just because it's during working hours. Stick to your plan and don't let unimportant matters interrupt you.
  12. Structure - Perfection isn't necessary. Focus on the key points. It's okay not to be perfect initially; continuous improvement matters.
  13. Self-esteem - Surround yourself with supportive people, and you won't feel inferior. Do positive self talk. Don't seek validation from others.
  14. Mental Model - Don't let others lead you; do what you want. Communicate and assert your opinions; stand your ground.
  15. FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) - Don't try to participate in every activity. First, determine if it aligns with your goals. If you have time and energy left, try new things, but plan your efforts realistically rather than chasing unrealistic fantasies.
